Returns will only be allowed up to 21 days after confirmed delivery. To be eligible for a refund, all purchased items must be returned:
- Free of damage or signs of use
- In it's original packaging
If you'd like to return one or more of the items you've purchased, please email email@example.com. You must be able to provide proof of purchase in the form of an accompanying order number, packing slip or confirmation email including a valid form of identification matching the name on the order.
Cost of Returns
Shipping costs for returns will be the responsibility of 5lth and Fortune if:
- the items on the order are delivered damaged
- the items shipped were incorrect (size, color, design, etc.)
Shipping costs for returns will be the responsibility of the customer if:
- the item is no longer wanted by the customer
- the customer is not satisfied with the item despite its new and working condition
- the item is being returned after the 21 day time frame
- the item is being returned to exchange for another product
Once we receive your item(s), we will notify you that we have received your returned item and inspect it for any damages. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). No refunds will be issued outside of the original payment method.
Once your refund has been processed it will appear on your statement within 7-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
For returns processed outside of the 21 day time frame, a store credit for the full amount of the returned item(s) in the form of a one-time use discount code (no expiration date).
Exchanges will be allowed on items that have been unused, have no damages and are requested within 21 days of confirmed delivery.
For exchanges on items that are of equal or greater value, it is the customer's responsibility to cover the remaining balance. Once your exchange is approved, you'll receive an email with a PayPal invoice that must be fulfilled before the product is shipped.
For exchanges on items that are of lesser value, the remaining balance will be converted into a store credit in the form of a one-time discount code (no expiration date)
